Supplied-record card analysis
Card Margin terms
Scope
Card Margin calculates resale scenarios from supplied records and explicit assumptions. It provides no live marketplace prices, automated purchases, listing management or guaranteed arbitrage opportunity. User permission and sale/condition/grading claims are attested; the operator does not independently authenticate them.
The supported scope is manual records for Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana and baseball, basketball, football, hockey and soccer singles. Sealed products are outside this scope. Built-in examples contain invented prices and FX and are labeled synthetic; they are demonstrations, not market evidence.
Permitted records
Supply accurate identities and records that you own or are expressly authorized to use for this evaluation and any requested export. Do not submit credentials, unnecessary personal data, counterfeit claims, or third-party records whose terms prohibit the intended use. Do not relabel restricted provider data to bypass controls.
Assumptions and decisions
Modeled prices, fees, shipping, reserve, FX, tax and duty can differ from actual outcomes. Scenarios are not statistical confidence intervals; the maximum offer solves the stated assumptions and targets. Sales timing, authenticity, card grading, taxes and realized proceeds require separate verification. Raw cards are not priced as hypothetical graded cards.
You decide whether to acquire, sell or list a card. Card Margin does not submit offers or orders. Exported reports retain assumptions and source details so decisions can be reviewed.
Access and availability
The current MVP is free, has no billing and requires no Card Margin account. Use requires a compatible calling client, whose own access requirements and terms apply. Access the service and use supplied records only where lawful. These terms grant no rights to third-party records, images, marketplace content or provider services.
Service availability, uninterrupted access, a response deadline and continued availability of a particular version are not promised. Support, privacy concerns, incident reports and service-status questions use the email contact on a best-effort basis. See Support.
Data handling and applicable rights
The application processes records for the request without saving inventories, but the calling client and hosting infrastructure have separate data handling. Read Privacy before sending records. Routes for product information and the MCP endpoint are Card Margin and /mcp.
Nothing here removes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not accept platform or provider agreements on your behalf.
